EDUCATION

This educational activity, with theatrical relations and interactivity, is based on encounters with literature, visual arts, music, preserving the spirit of the game and at the same time fostering respect for culture, history, the art of words and its power.

Seated at a long table around the symbolic Baltic Sea, a stylized map of the Baltic coasts, the participants of the education become a kind of travelers to the countries of the Baltic region, listen to a literary text in the course of the event, get to know the works of the country’s most significant authors of art and music, discuss them and play games dictated by a pre-prepared script the rules create a visual story. The leaders of the education – puppeteer Linas Zubė and actress, educator Vida Narveišytė hope to contribute to the education of a conscious and critical cultural figure with a theatrical, dynamic combination of puppets and literature.
